Rogelio focuses his practice on the structuring and negotiation of both domestic and international private equity funds, funds-of-funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, debt funds and other investment vehicles. He advises on complex cross-border transactions, including fund restructurings, secondaries, stapled transactions and direct co-investments. Rogelio possesses over 16 years of industry experience with an extensive background in international markets, having worked for 10 years in London, Switzerland, Guernsey and Singapore.

Prior to joining Alter Legal, he worked as Head of Legal at Partners Group and as an associate lawyer in the fund formation team of SJ Berwin in Madrid and London.
