Paloma has broad experience in banking, financial and commercial law and has provided legal advice to Spanish and foreign clients in relation to issuance of securities, IPOs, authorization of credit institutions and branches, foreign exchange transactions and prevention of money laundering.

Prior to her incorporation to Alterlegal, Paloma worked in the banking and capital markets area of PwC España, Abogados y Asesores Fiscales, and in Cecabank (London branch), providing legal and regulatory advice across its asset management operations.
