Marta has eight years of experience in financial regulation and investment funds. Prior to joining Alter Legal, she worked at Baker & McKenzie in Luxembourg, finReg360 and Garrigues in Spain. And also was compliance officer at Lanza Capital, SGEIC, S.A.

Marta specializes in providing corporate and regulatory advice to credit institutions, investment services companies, management companies, collective investment schemes, private equity firms and other investment vehicles in Luxembourg and Spain.

She has a wide experience setting up supervised entities and advising institutional investors on asset eligibility, master-feeder structures and cross-border distribution of financial products.

She has also advised leading financial institutions and management companies on issues related to AIFMD, MiFID II, PRIIPs, UCITS, AML and ESG, among others.
