Iñigo has more than 15 years of experience on M&A and Capital markets transactions (both ECM and DCM) advising corporates, financial entities and private equity funds in a wide range of matters. He regularly provides legal advice to sponsors in relation to private funds formation and to institutional investors and GPs in primary investments, co-investments, continuation funds and secondaries transactions.

Prior to his incorporation to Alter Legal, Iñigo worked for Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, CMS, Watson Farley and Garrigues.
