Prior to her incorporation to Alter Legal, Clara worked for the Banking and Finance department of Cuatrecasas and as a private equity analyst for the alternative investments department of MdF Family Partners.

Clara has broad experience in legal due diligence of private funds (including venture capital, LBOs, Real Estate, and infrastructure funds) and negotiations with GPs. She has also participated in several secondary market transactions.

Clara has also experience in Banking and Finance Law, providing advice to Spanish and foreign corporations regarding financings, refinancings, project finance, credit assignments and M&A.
