Prior to her incorporation to Alter Legal, Beatriz worked for the Corporate department of the law firms Bird&Bird, CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and Broseta Abogados.

Beatriz has broad experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as in corporate and insurance law and has advised both Spanish and foreign companies in a wide range of matters. She also regularly provides advice to sponsors in relation to private funds formation and to investors in primary investments, co-investments and secondary market transactions.
