Prior to her incorporation to Alter Legal, Ana worked for Hogan Lovells and for EY providing legal advice to financial and insurance companies on all kind of coporate transactions and regulatory matters.

Ana has experience in providing legal advice to private funds regarding their formation, primary investments and secondary market transactions.

Ana is also specialised in corporate and commercial law, providing advice to Spanish and foreign clients in relation to M&A transactions, reorganizations, joint ventures and regulatory approval of transactions.
