Prior to her incorporation to Alter Legal, Alicia worked for the M&A department of the law firms Ernst & Young Abogados and Gómez Acebo & Pombo Abogados.

Alicia has more than 15 years experience in private equity and venture capital transactions as well as in corporate law and has advised both Spanish and foreign companies in a wide range of matters. She has also performed due diligence review for investors and acts as adviser to buyers and sellers in secondary transactions involving private equity and infrastructure fund interests.
